We and our Development Manager, Grow Places, have appointed an experienced design team who have been working with the local community to develop planning applications for a mixed-use scheme. We want to deliver authentic and sustainable buildings and public spaces, whilst opening up the site to provide spaces for new job and training opportunities, open space and new homes.
